  The day I replied to a Facebook post, was the day my outlook on health and fitness changed. I started thinking I would take part in the 12 week challenge and that was a year and a half ago. Meta-Burn is more than just a place to workout and get trained. It's a place that feels like a family, getting support from not only the trainers, but other members. I wouldn't drive a half hour to get there if it didn't!!!.

  Excellent trainers first they don't call you names or get mad when you don't loose pounds, so you never feel like a failure they are always there when you have a question and the support group is great I never feel loneliness and I discover that I wasn't the only one going through changes, my mood, my intense desire for sugar and thanks to the support I did it I lost 15 pounds and an extra 5 after the program and I'm keeping myself heathy and conscious about my eating habits. Thanks to meta burn I went back to normal and I can recommend it 100%

  I had a great time at MetaBurn. I found that the coaches meet the individual needs of the clients. You have that one on one personal training and you are definitely pushed to your limits. I know I was! Your skipping the "gym rat" environment. You know....the "I lift things up and put them down" crowd. Positive coaching the entire way through, even when you think you don't have any gas left in your tank. That "can do" attitude really helps. It's definitely positive motivation! It would be great if MetaBurn branched out to HUNTINGTON!!!!!!!

  You know when you think there is no way you can get out of a rut and stay out of it? Well I felt and thought that last September...until i met the Meta Burn Team. Since September, i have lost 20 pounds and have kept it off for almost 3 months. This has never happened before...my success is due to the combination of nutrition and training i received from the most compassionate, genuine coaches I have ever met. Each coach truly cares and wants to make you successful. Every. Single. One. They encourage you every step of the way, keep in touch constantly so you are not alone. Love MetaBurn and the entire team.

  After having three boys in four years, my body went through a lot. On top of it, I had gestational diabetes and really wanted to lose the weight before I turn 40 in October. I saw the Metaburn ad and then looked to see who knew them and heard how awesome they were. I needed it and I needed the motivation, the diet, and the support that they give. I have lost 15 lbs and have 15 to go.... Its hard with three boys under three to work out, but they make it work for me. Nicest guys in the world! It's down to earth and not like a meat factory gym. I so appreciate the whole experience!!!
