  I had taken my daughter to a number of places, but Mercer Children's Dentistry is BY FAR, our favorite. They're great with kids. My daughter gets very nervous and scared. The dentist and staff were very kind and empathetic with her, and helped her feel more secure. My daughter even said that she loves that place.

  Dr. Allen and his staff are truly extraordinary. My children unfortunately had negative experiences at prior pediatric dentists - from dentists recommending unnecessary work, to unpleasant experiences while attempting to fill cavities - they had developed a fear of dental offices. But from the moment Lisa answered my call and showed me kindness and compassion as I explained both of my children’s situations, I knew we were at the right place. Dr. Allen’s presence is so calming and reassuring, my children literally immediately felt comfortable and cooperated fully for their consultation exam. The way Dr. Allen explained what work was truly necessary and why - thoroughly, intelligently, respectfully - sets him far above any other dentist I have encountered. Today Dr. Allen completed a root canal and crown on my 4 year old daughter and I was absolutely shocked at how well it went - my previously terrified daughter calmly and happily allowed Dr. Allen to complete the procedure. Dr. Allen was gentle, patient, and talked my daughter through every step. I cannot thank Dr. Allen and his incredible staff enough, and I will be singing their praises and recommending this office to all of my family and friends. These are people who know how to work with children and put them at ease, and are clearly experts in their field. I honestly believe this is the best pediatric dentist in the state!!

  My daughter had a toothache and due to her past traumatic experience she was afraid of dentist.
  
  We searched for the best children’s dentist in our area and stumbled across this location.
  
  From the initial conversation to set up the appointment. I could immediately feel the passion behind making each child feel comfortable . I explained the reservations that I and my daughter had.
  
  The empathy that I sensed from the receptionist, made it easy for me to book the appointment . We were also able to get in the same day.
  
  The service and attention to detail was best in class. Each and every person that assisted in serving my daughter was professional, and did a great job at easing any worries that my husband and I had. They went above and beyond to make sure that my baby was comfortable.
  
  If you are looking for a dentist with top notch service. This is the place for you !

  100% recommend! My daughters get excited when they have dentist appointments! Dr. Allen is one of our favorite people in the world. His calm demeanor puts everyone at ease. Dr Kristy is amazing, too!
  The office staff is very friendly and accommodating.
  I know it sounds bizarre but Mercer Children's Dentistry is like a home away from home for our family.
