It was my first time getting fitted and I was a little nervous due to me being on the thicker side. Roman the manager handled me with care and made sure I was a happy customer. Each employee that took part in helping me did a great job….thanks guys!

(May 6, 2023, 4:41 pm)Store was packed but we were waited on right away. Proms and weddings. We needed two tuxedo shirts and suspenders. Our Assistant took care of ordering the items for us. Happily in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. Greatly appreciated the prompt service.

(March 26, 2023, 5:57 pm)My boyfriend's mother died unexpectedly and we were exhausted walking into Men's Wearhouse for him to pick out a suit. He is 6'4" and very slender. We were so blessed to have Patrick there to help us. With just a few brief measurements he was able to suggest a suit that looked outstanding on my boyfriend. His customer service skills were exceptional because he showed empathy as he efficiently went about finding a shirt, tie and belt that we needed as well. I can not say enough about this young man's capabilities and kindness. He even went so far as to have the pant alteration performed expeditiously, had my boyfriend's shirt steamed since he was concerned we would not have time to wash and press it AND actually tied his tie for him because his intuition was that neither of us knew how to do it-which was absolutely correct. I can not say enough about Patrick going and above and beyond to help others in need. Truly a professional in every sense of the word. We had an outstanding experience.
