  I’ve been living in Society Hill II for over 20 years. The management is quick to respond to resident requests, the team is professional and helpful. We recently got a new office manager, Kelly, who has made the experience much more positive for all: answers calls/email right away, is friendly and welcoming etc. My daughter was dying to play tennis but we lost the key, so Kelly immediately sprung into action to get us a key. Thank you all!

  I moved to Dolphin Cove a little over a year ago, at the tail end of another management company. I was so glad that things changed.
  Getting a new management company has been terrific.
  Kim, the new manager, is fabulous.
  She is wonderful to go to when you have an issue. Things get handled professionally and promptly.
  There have been very positive changes here, and I know as long as she is here, it will continue.

  In my 2 years here at Dolphin Cove I was originally very disappointed in Corner Property management. The never answered, never called back and acted totally disinterested in association meetings.
  
  Fast Forward ahead to my first encounter with KIM when they took over, she was surveying the grounds and in the middle of something, but totally stopped and gave me her full attention as I discussed some matters I had noticed. She made me feel heard and that was the first time that had happened here.
  
  In every subsequent dealing, Kim is extremely personable and attentive and quickly acts and addresses my issues to the best of her ability in the moment and follows up after as well. In addition to the personal interactions being quite pleasant, she goes above and beyond keeping me and the community informed on the events and projects finally being implemented here via regular email communication.
  
  You can really see the improvements taking place here, and I feel that is all directly attributed to having Kim here managing the place.
  
  Thanks so much Kim, your efforts are truly appreciated!
