(March 6, 2021, 6:30 am)So this place is awesome! From day one, it was clear that customer service has always been a priority to them. They've always greeted me when I walk in the door, and they're always Pleasant to work with. Sometimes they're in the back, but I've never waited for more than a minute or so before someone comes to the counter. This is why I've always come back. The place isn't the cleanest, but it is clean enough to sit down and watch television or review a magazine while you wait, which I never do. They are pretty much a Down-to-earth bunch of guys, so communicating the issues about my car is easy and I love that they explain things to me that I don't understand. They are patient and respectful. Their prices are decent and they show respect for your time. I've never gotten the feeling of being taken advantage of because I'm a woman, which is what I feel in many places. When I drive my car away it usually works the same, but the next day...it is so nice! I can feel the difference. Now that is a 5-star review, well deserved!
