He cared and my car was ready the next day after requiring a catalytic, tune up, oil change, and brakes. Yes, my car was in need of several repairs! The staff was very professional. -

(April 28, 2023, 10:04 pm)Matt and his crew here are awesome. Got our vehicle towed there after breaking down on the highway. Had my truck running by the next business day. Very reasonable price, great work, and great customer service! Highly recommend and would definitely bring my truck back to get worked on.

(April 12, 2023, 2:20 pm)The tech did a great job when he finally arrived at work. I arrived at your location at 7:35am and had to wait until 8:40 before a technician arrived. When I asked, why do I have to wait so long - the customer service rep said the mechanic should be in shortly and this was her first day-on the job. For any question I asked her, her response was "I don't know, this is my first day at this location." In her defense, she was trying to get the computer up and running, however, she never apologized and her attitude was dismissive. This was the worst customer service I ever received at this location. The mechanic did a great job and the customer service rep had a better attitude before I left, however, she does need some training in customer service. Unfortunately, I am considering whether I will ever use your services again.
