(June 16, 2023, 2:19 pm)Manager was courteous and explained everything. Work was done in a timely manner. However; next day I saw on their website, that there was a senior discount I was entitled to. When I called to see if I could be credited now, I was told since I didn't ask about it when work was done, he would not do anything. Told me they do not tell about senior or military discount, we must tell them at time of service. That was the only negative thing I can say about my experience with Meineke of Middletown.

(April 21, 2023, 4:46 pm)I called this morning to see if I could get in for a car inspection and oil change and they were able to fit me in today. I sat and waited for the work to be completed, which wasn’t long. I had watched the gentleman in charge deal with all his customers with respect and honesty. I would definitely go back there if I need any future work on my car.

No BS tell it like it is and they go over in detail what was done. The detailed email about the service you get is exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Friendly and get the job done at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Zero high pressure sells just a list of issues found then you select the services you want provided and they do the work and notify you when complete. Awesome experience, will continue to bring my vehicle here for service and repairs.
