Ronnie is a phenomenal competitor and a genuinely nice person. If you are looking for great self defense, sport or MMA training then this is the place to go.

(April 7, 2017, 8:05 pm)My whole family trains at DCS and we love it! It brings us great piece of mind that our daughters are learning self defense techniques. The people that train there are wonderful and you will not find a Professor more dedicated to Gracie jiu-jitsu, his schools, and students. All of the instructors are awesome and the facilities are well kept. Training is offered for ages 3 and up (youth and adult classes). There are three locations: Dover, Camden, and Middletown, so there are options if proximity is a deciding factor. We feel very fortunate to have found DCS and intend to train there for many years to come!
