  I wish I could give Mediplus 10 stars . Their prices were the best around.. but it’s their customer service that will keep me coming back . The lift chair I rented came spotlessly clean and in perfect condition . The gentleman took not 5 minutes to set it up but took his time explaining how it worked . I’ll be recommending Mediplus Home Heath to all my family and friends .

  Outstanding A+ customer service! Every aspect of my experience with Mediplus was wonderful. The deliveries were always prompt. The set ups I required was also completed in a timely matter. Phone calls received an immediate and professional response. The communication with the office demonstrated their sincere care for the customer. I was listened to very attentively which helped to address my needs and challenges. As a result, I was given some options that proved to be beneficial. They continued to provide the best customer service even after I no longer needed purchases by following-up with a request, I made, for duplicate paperwork. The customer service is amazing.

  Mediplus is the best. Had an emergency and needed a lift chair immediately for my 91 year old Mother. Everyone we called told us it would be at least a week for delivery, not Mediplus, Marc asked for my address and said he would deliver it himself, an hour and a half later he’s at the house setting the chair up, he made sure my Mom was good before he left. Only Mediplus for me from now on.
