  My grandmother was at Medford Care for rehab, and I can’t believe how positive our experience was! The hospital told us she would need longterm care, but Medford Care worked their magic, and after rehab we were able to take her home! Its been such a stress reliever having their amazing staff supporting us every step of the way. Thank you so much Christine and Devon!!

  My mother was at Medford Care Center for rehab recently and she had a great experience. The place was extremely clean and everyone was so kind to her. From the nurses, to the rehab team, to the administration; everyone went above and beyond for mom. We’ve had issues at other rehab facilities in the past not getting her up and bathed and it was a concern we had voiced going in. The staff got her up and dressed every single morning and they made sure to keep her washed and clean. She was able to come home with me in better shape than she was before and I can’t thank the staff at Medford Care Center enough for taking such good care of her.

  My 96 year old dad has been at Medford Care for 18 months now with dementia and other health issues. I can’t begin to express how grateful I am for the care and companionship he is receiving. We are fortunate enough to visit every other day and not only spend time with him, but also other residents we have come to know. He comments every day how much he likes the place, how much he likes the food, and the people. It’s difficult to have a family member in long term care, and it’s not the easiest of job to be in, but we have found that everyone there from administrators, front desk, PT, nurses, aides, housekeeping and activities leaders have been great. The building itself is a bit worn, but then my dad wouldn’t appreciate chandeliers and movie theaters anyway. It’s the care and people that matter!

  The staff are all friendly and responsive. They seem short staffed but everybody does their best and all of them are nice.
  Kudos especially to the PT/OT staff!
  They worked so hard to help me and all of the patients! They pushed me to do more than I thought I could. I am. Leaving feeling much better and able to be much more I dependent. Great place for rehab!
  The only issue is the food.. It is not very good

  My dad was here for rehab recently. He just arrived home on Friday. I can't say enough good things about Medford Care Center. They are very welcoming. It really feels like family. We were very anxious about leaving our frail 92 father anywhere. They never made us feel like we couldn't ask questions. He went from not walking at all, to walking right out, to go home. He didn't even need a walker. I just couldn't believe how well he did! I never expected it. Thank you to all!!!! You have given my dad a renewed hope.
