  I had a GREAT experience here at MedFirst in parsippany. After my primary care did not have any opening today. I came here and I am HAPPY I did! Unlike most urgent cares this office was very clean, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Olivia at the front desk spoke with kindness and had a welcoming smile. Nurse Jackie was very sweet, friendly, and a great nurse. She knows what she is talking about ! I had the pleasure of seeing Dr.Tasha who was so kind, understanding and patient with me. She answered all my questions and explained everything to me clearly and in detail! I have absolutely no complaints about this place. Their management should be very proud to have such kind people working for them! I highly recommend MedFirst !

  Went to MedFirst Urgent Care for the first time today. Easy check in, no long wait time. The Receptionist, Nurse Jackie and Nurse Practitioner Natasha were very friendly and thorough! The facility overall was clean and organized.

  I just went for a visit with throat discomfort and all the staff was very attentive and personable. Nurse Jackie checked me in and did my vitals. She was very sweet and comprehensive with my check in. Then I had Nurse Practitioner Tasha who was also lovely and comprehensive while going over my symptoms and possibilities. Nurse Jackie came in to do a throat culture and was helpful by letting me know ‘almost done’ because it’s an uncomfortable feeling. Highly recommend a visit to Medfirst!

  Dr. Romes have been very helpful and supportive.
  Very clean and cool decor isn’t he rooms. Our favorite is the fish room! Bathrooms are well maintained and clean.
  
  Dr. Romes has been extremely informative & sincere with his care. My family and I absolutely love when Jackie is here as well! She is polite knowledgeable and extremely caring for her patients! I highly recommend asking for her if she is there !

  Used MedFirst Parsippany this morning and they were great! Olivia greeted me and took my info. I waited about 20 minutes but there was someone in front of me, so that was very reasonable. The waiting room is quiet and clean. On my way in to the exam area was met by Gina who was very professional, but funny and light the whole time. Gina was training Alyssa who was very pleasant and I know she’ll be a perfect fit to this facility. Dr Corey Genteel was so personable and did not rush me. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs attention same day, walk in or can’t get same day appointments with your doctor. Great team here, MedFirst should be very proud of them 😊
