(February 9, 2023, 9:28 am)We bought a stove from them 3 years ago. It is out of warrantee. The arctic -20 cold snap and the power outage caused the stove to fail. Parts for fix it were not available and this is the primary heating for my home. Here is the bottom line. When we spoke with the owner of Mckinney he went above and beyond to find a solution and did everything possible to get me back up and running. We could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend them as a vendor.

(October 8, 2021, 11:05 am)Just found my favorite new place for my pellets stove parts. I needed a new circuit board and ignitor for my pellet stove. I ordered online Saturday night and parts arrived Tuesday morning here in Pennsylvania. The parts were easy to find on their website, the correct parts were sent, and packaged well to prevent any damage from shipping. They were also the most competitively priced as well. Owning a small family business myself, I appreciate the care they put into the order and I enjoy working with them. Highly recommend!

(December 29, 2018, 11:21 am)Dave and Nora are the experts at helping you choose a wood-burning or pellet stove that's right for your home. They also sell tons of fiber Fuel and wood pallets to heat your home throughout the year. a little over a year ago, I bought a Hearthstone from them and, it's performance has been nothing short of fabulous and, I feel like I'm a part of their family every time I go there to pick up a load of fiber fuel.
