  Dave and his crew did an amazing job on our custom bedroom closet. I had given him a sketch of what we thought we wanted. He made suggestions that took our cabinet above and beyond what we ever could have expected. And the final product turned out exactly like he had sketched it.
  Dave is a true master craftsman and his many years of experience and passion for what he does is apparent in his final product!

  From start to finish Dave was very helpful and professional. He gave us a tour of his shop, showed us a number of projects in various stages of construction and explained how our piece would be made. He visited our home to verify measurements and to finalize the design. He stayed in touch throughout the build process to insure that we were happy with the results.
  
  The piece was completed ahead of schedule and is absolutely beautiful. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are amazing. Dave and his assistant were very respectful of our home during installation, using drop cloths throughout the area and - unlike most contractors -taking great care to prevent the storm door from slamming as they entered and left the house. They took their time installing the piece and even committed to return to add the door handles when these are delivered.

  Outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail! I'm very happy about hiring David to help design, build, and install my custom floor-to-ceiling built-ins for my home office. It has really elevated the look of our home and the quality of the materials and finish are really evident. David was able to accommodate many custom features like smart lighting, a ladder system, and matching the stain exactly to my desk. Overall, my wife and I are thrilled with the final result and the room speaks for itself. Highly recommend.

  What an incredible job! I am thrilled with the work David did with my home office. He came out to my home, helped me consider design ideas and executed to perfection! David is attentive to the details of the design and installation. I will be using David again as I consider other custom needs in my home.

  Our experience with McKay Custom Cabinets has been more than gratifying! For years I’ve wanted custom cabinets and finally had the budget to make it happen. The real question was with whom did I trust my budget and to help me with my dream kitchen. I chose Dave McKay and boy am I glad I did. He is a consummate professional and skilled craftsmen. He listened closely to our requests and delivered a beautiful custom kitchen that we will cherish for years to come. Dave is kind, patient, and incredibly hard-working. He didn’t hound us for money; instead he asked for 50% deposit up front and didn’t ask for the balance until the project was finished and we were completely happy. I wholeheartedly recommend McKay Custom Cabinets!
