  I had an excellent recent experience with McAvey Moving. I moved from White Plains to Manhattan. Their office staff is professional, courteous, and responds promptly to questions. The moving team that packed my apartment had years of experience and stored my items for several months. When it was time to move them to my new apartment, no items were missing or damaged. My new building has strict move-in hours, which McAvey Moving respected. Their move-in team quickly reassembled my apartment. I could not be happier with McAvey Moving and highly recommend them!

  These guys are pros! Brian and his crew are the best! Their price was very competitive and the work, impeccable. The whole crew were very patient with my elderly parents who had been in their home for over 45 years. They were very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process and by the end of the week, they felt like part of the family. They even came back after the move and loaded up all of the junk being discard and hauled it away! This was extremely helpful. I highly recommend McAvey Moving Company for any job big or small. Moving is a very unsettling experience to go through and partnering with McAvey Moving gave us great comfort and peace of mind! THANK YOU!

  We were so pleased to have McAvey Moving Company handle our move from Waccabuc, NY to North Carolina. We packed ourselves but McAvey movers pitched in and helped finish the last minute packing. They were courteous and very careful with all our stuff. They worked so hard in extremely hot conditions without complaining. I highly recommend them for your next move!

  My mother is moving to Florida full time and sold her house in NJ after 50 years. I hadn’t used a mover in years but we had antique furniture, large oil paintings, gym equipment, sofas etc that needed to be moved to our house in Westchester County. I was dreading the process but from requesting a quote, planning the move to the crew packing, delivering and unpacking, McAvey Moving Company was the best. The crew was friendly, efficient, thoughtful and packed everything thoroughly and safely. They took all the stress out of our move and we couldn’t have been happier and more relieved at the end of the day! Thank you Brian, for your amazing staff and crew.

  McAvey moved our family from NY to SC and made what could have been an extremely stressful process, smooth and worry free. From beginning to end they were friendly, responsive and helpful. Everyone we worked with at the office to plan the move was fantastic and Bill who oversaw the whole move and travelled all the way to SC was an absolute pleasure to work with. They arrived when promised and everything safely made its way to our destination. We highly recommend McAvey Moving. We could not be happier with the service they provided!
