  Mark (new owner after John) exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. I brought my car (2016 BMW x3) to him with a chassis system malfunction after it was moderately flooded. I was told by everyone my car was totaled and the likelihood it would ever operate the same after flood damage is essentially zero. Over the two weeks Mark worked on my car, he thoroughly researched each error that appeared on the diagnostic (30+ errors), ordered parts, reviewed the damage directly with my insurance, and had it running better than it was before the flood. He frequently texted me updates so I knew exactly where he was in the process. The price was also extremely reasonable for the amount of research and labor my car required. Not to mention, Mark and his partner are very nice people. If you cant reach them by phone, I highly recommend stopping by the shop for any car troubles.

  McCarthy Auto services provides the quality care for your vehicle that you are looking for. The man behind the scenes, John is an amazing individual who will not rest until the job is done. Definitely going to bring my car there if needed for any more service and going to suggest to friends.

  I highly recommend Mc Carthy Auto Services. I took my Benz on two different occasions in past two years for repairs that was prices ridiculously high by dealership and other luxury car services. John made the repairs in a fraction of a cost and he was very pleasant to work with. If you have luxury vehicle, don't be afraid to take them to John's auto service. You will not be disappointed.

  John was great and a pleasure to deal with. Called him in the afternoon to ask if he could take a look at my Grand Cherokee which had recently been giving me some problems along with resolve my check engine light. John was able to make time the same evening to take a look. Very quickly resolved the problem and was great throughout describing what he was planning to do and what the issues were. Great service!

  John is honest, trustworthy, and amazing at what he does. After getting a ridiculous quote from Mini of the Main Line, we called John at the recommendation of four different friends. We called on a Thursday afternoon, dropped my car off on Monday, and the work was done by Tuesday evening. Not only did he save me thousands of dollars, my car has not ran this smoothly since...I don't even remember since when! I've been looking for a reliable local mechanic/auto service shop since I've moved to the area 8 years ago, and I'm thrilled to now have John + McCarthy's to take my Mini Cooper to. He's straightforward, honest, will do the work your car needs, and won't rip you off--all things that are highly valuable when it comes to getting your car worked on. I can't say enough good things about my experience with John + McCarthy's.
