  Our A/C stopped working on a hot July night. Called the office early the next morning and had a call back from Mark within 5 minutes. He was at our house about an hour later and quickly assessed and fixed the broken part and got our unit back up and running. Very reasonably priced, super responsive and personable. Would definitely recommend!

  Mark is literally the “Best” I have used him for a few years now and I will not call anyone else. He responds to your call immediately, he comes out asap and fixes the problem. He is reliable, dependable and reasonable with his prices - I had three different hvac guys come out in the past before using Mark and couldn’t fix the problem - needless to say Mark fixed it and within a hour my house was cooling off - Thank you so much Mark!!!!!

  We had a mini-split installed. Mark is extremely professional. He was always prompt and kept us informed through the entire project. We will definitely use for other projects.

  Mark really came through for my wife and I (after hours) when our heater broke during the coldest week of the year thus far. I could tell right away he was honest and upfront, and with his vast experience he came up with a brilliant solution at a really reasonable price. And he was able to troubleshoot any other problems that came along the way in the installation of another heater because of my old house. Being another man in the Service Industry I am aware when someone is real and someone is bull, and Mark Coffman is as real and honest you will get in the Heater & Air business.
