  This is my second time leasing with Mazda of Valley Stream and I will continue to lease with them! The customer service at this location is phenomenal. Eric is the best and has a great team!
  
  I worked directly with Mo both times leasing. Mo was INCREDIBLY helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure that the process went smoothly and was there to answer any questions I had, in a timely manner! He handled everything for me throughout the entire process and I felt very taken care of! Seriously I have never experienced such professional and great customer service!
  
  On the day I picked up my new car, Mo took his time with me to ensure I had a great experience, and all my needs were met/questions were answered. I felt very taken care of. Tommy took his time helping me with all the paperwork.
  
  I love my new 2023 Mazda and all the cool new features of the car! Thank you!

  I came in for a few minor issues and left very pleased with the level of service provided to me. Not only were the issues rectified, they went above and beyond and took it a step further to properly adjust my daughters car seat that needed proper installation. Everyone was friendly, polite and professional. The waiting room was very clean and relaxing with water and snacks readily available. I was able to bring my laptop and get some work done while waiting on my car.
  The service adviser Brian Matthews was amazing! This is not your average car dealership. Thank you.

  Mazda of Valley Stream is an awesome place. I have received excellent customer service upon arrival every single time. Will, from service is always waiting with a helpful word and solid service. Will is knowledgeable and professional making sure I am kept up to date on my cars health and repair status. I will definitely come back with my Mazda time and time again. I am actually going to purchase another Mazda with an influencing factor being the amazing service department. Will has restored my faith in car repair, thanks Mazda and thank you Will

  Brian in servicing is the most incredible human being, he’s the best at his job and I swear I’ll never go to another car company just because of him! He goes above and beyond for all of his customers and always makes sure your car leaves in impeccable condition. Words just can’t express how awesome this guy is, I absolutely love him! I was highly impressed by the technician and how they serviced my car today, they even sent me a detailed video of my car being serviced . Great job Brian and team, Mazda please acknowledge and reward these guys they make customers like myself proud to support your brand! Love you Brian, thank you so much!!!!

  Amazing customer service by Kevin. My husband and I walked into this dealership after going to 5 other dealerships. We have never experienced such a welcoming environment. They defiantly know how to take care of new customers. Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He worked his way out to give us the best deal. We had expressed to him what we were looking for and he made it happened. I defiantly recommend this place and make sure you speak to Kevin. Don’t walk out without addressing him first. 😊
