Reached out to customer service and they sent me a new pair within the next few days. They resolved the issue promptly and the shoes feel great, would recommend.

(January 14, 2022, 9:41 pm)Bought a pair of Sabo Deadlift Easy shoes. I was shopping for some and their store incidentally listed them on sale. I got them in red and it's an intense color.
The shoes themselves are perfectly what I was looking for. Very wide, flexible and light. I deadlift in them and squat sometimes too. Would absolutely purchase these shoes again and from this location/website. -

(December 17, 2021, 12:16 pm)I have nothing but great things to say about MAXbarbell! I originally ordered an ONI belt that was too big so I reached out and Joseph helped me with the return. Come to find out they were out of the next size down. Joseph kept me in the loop the whole month and a half it took to restock. Once it was in a last email was sent to tell me they have received it and are shipping it out. I loved their service so much I bought wraps and now I’m about to purchase sleeves! Great Service guys!!! (Belt and knee sleeves)

(July 19, 2021, 11:01 am)Had a pair of shoes with some bad lacing on the tongue. Sent them an email and they replied instantly and got the shoes sent back the same day. They shipped the new shoes out the next day and I received them in 1 business day. Awesome company with awesome customer service!
