I went in today June 3, 2023 , and got my tire fixed by the wonderful team , they are very professional and kind and answered all my questions. I’d like to thanks to the guys in the front desk for the absolutely amazing customer service! They really made my day, the flat tire was holding me back to go to work but they were able to help me in no time, I couldn’t believe it , they were terrific .Thanks so much to all who made it possible. I highly recommend TARRYTOWN Mavis Discount Tire!!

I’d like to thank Jeff in particular for absolutely amazing customer service! 🙂 My car is was in pretty rough shape and now it’s running great with 4 beautiful new tires. Thanks so much to all who made it possible. I highly recommend this particular location!

(March 10, 2023, 1:52 pm)Let me tell you that I do not have any words to describe the professionalism, care, efficiency, and generosity I have received from the staff here. Resto is a literal gem. A little background: another Mavis location messed up my oil change and alignment. This location took it upon themselves to fix it when they weren't the ones responsible for the wrong doing and did it free of charge. They had a lift waiting for me when I got there and took me in instantly mid-day. The other location is so inefficient they kept telling me "3 hrs more" then "2 hrs more" after that. That said, the first location did do their best to accommodate me and I have no hard feelings.
The technician here Josh is phenomenal and a true expert. I will be coming back only to this location. Thank you!
