  I can’t say enough kind things about Shay at this Mavis location. I was driving from out of state and part of my undercarriage fell off on the road. He graciously squeezed me in for an emergency repair. He runs the desk with confidence and kindness. His customer service is unparalleled.

  Such a pleasant experience getting an oil change and tire rotation! Janaea at the front desk was so accommodating and friendly. Serge made sure all was well with my car before handing it back to me—thank you for the great service!

  The management is excellent at the Basking Ridge shop. They are friendly and willing to work with customers giving them multiple repair options. My last visit is when I brought in my 2012 Volvo S60 where my car had a shimmy and was out of alignment after hitting a pothole. The rims, brakes, struts and suspension were all original but I did not want to put a lot of money into repairs. I spoke to Brian three times to go over my options and we worked out a solution that fit what I was willing to pay for an 11 year old car with 122k miles. It was a complicated repair that did require coming back a couple of times to get the alignment right. Follow ups were easy to schedule, fast and where at no charge. Also brought in my 2019 BMW X3 to fix a flat and they fixed it quickly. I’ll be using this location for all my service needs on my Volvo and will use them to service my BMW when my warranty expires. The mechanics are friendly, and have always taken the time to explain what they fixed. I’ve recommended this Mavis location to my friends in the area.

  Five stars! I stopped in for a brake job. They were affordable and reliable. And the staff member Nae was very helpful. She made my experience super quick and easy.. definitely recommended for car service needs

  The team here was fantastic! They were very friendly and provided amazing service. My dad came here a few weeks ago and sent me over when I had a hole in my tire. Sergio helped me out quickly. Would return and recommend!!
