Prices are extremely reasonable and they don’t push you to make additional purchases like dealerships do. As far as customer service goes, Miley was very friendly and she explained everything perfectly to me along with all the discounts they took off of my original price. Mavis is definitely my go to spot!

The staff stayed an extra few hours after the closing time to replace my brakes and fit me into their busy schedules. I got the brake parts needed in an extremely quick amount of time from a courier and the manager drove to Glassboro personally after the store closed to make sure the right brake parts were obtained. The manager even treated myself and her staff to some tacos for our extra time after the closing of the store! I highly recommend going to Mavis as they treat the customer very highly and provide great service. I will definitely be going back to Mavis again soon for car service needs with my Toyota in the future.

(April 8, 2023, 9:36 am)I visited Mavis on Greentree rd in Washington township I was greeted by Kristie. They were super busy as we were approaching a holiday weekend. They let me know they were running a little behind but they would do anything they could to get me in and back on the road with my new tires on my Tesla. I was assisted by Austin, a new young technician with an amazing attitude and you can tell he just loves what he does! They stayed late on a Friday of a holiday weekend to ensure my car was done. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family and I will definitely be back with any of my tire needs in the future. Thanks Austin and Kristie for your exemplary customer service!
