(July 25, 2023, 11:42 am)I was on my way heading to work this morning until I realized my tire pressure was very low. Little did I know I had a rusted screw deep in my tire. The guys at Mavis in Hopewell quickly took care of me. I am grateful for JJ at the front who was able to move things along. Despite being short staffed, the team did a great job and are after the best interest of the customer. It’s great to give business to a caring team. Thanks!

(July 9, 2023, 11:53 am)I had a terrific experience my last two visits to Mavis. Yesterday I had an appointment but brought my car in VERY late. They could not have been more accommodating and fixed my brake light extremely quickly. Their communication is excellent - the number they tried to call was no longer in service so they sent me an email letting me know my car was ready. They also charged me an extremely reasonable price. I can not recommend this location highly enough, and even though I’m only occasionally in the area to visit my family I will still bring my car here for repairs/checks/oil changes in the future.

She gave me a great price, and she also took the time to get me approved for a great no interest financing option, which i needed, because blowing out my tire wasn't in the budget for today.They were very efficient and got my car in and out way faster than I had expected. I would definitely recommend this Mavis to all.

I got 4 new tires installed, I had to wait for the truck because I had no ride home and took less 2 hours, I can't complain at all. The staff was very inviting and kept me up to date on what they were doing and how much longer it would be. Will be a return customer..

Had an appointment for a Monday, Edward called me and said they could get me in a week early so I dropped off the car and they had them on by noon the next day. Edward was great to work with and understood exactly what my car needs were. Will come here for my other cars' tire needs.
