Steven is a great communicator and has impeccable customer service. Any problems that I've had, he is able to explain the process and advise me on the best way in which to handle them. He also reminds me of the warranty policy on my products. I was able to schedule an appointment and get serviced timely. Luis and Brandon kept me updated on the status of my vehicle for the duration of my car's stay. Everything about my experience at this particular location will keep me as a satisfied, repeat customer.

They took my car right in, did an oil change, rotated the tires and checked the battery within an hour. The staff were very helpful and not pushy. I’ll definitely continue to use this Mavis.

I called Mavis and the Manager assisted me right away. I feel confident to bring my vehicle again for service in the future. I want to thank Luis for his excellent customer service.
