  I had a screw go into my tire and then realized I had lost my wheel lock key. I asked if they would be able to remove the locking lugs without the key and they said they were able to if I had replacements, which I did. It ended up being much cheaper than I expected to get them off and then the tire repaired. Everyone I talked to was really pleasant and helpful. I read some of the other reviews on here and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was very satisfied with everything. I would definitely go back there again.

  Outstanding phone manners from the first syllable spoken to me by Brandon.
  He accommodated me in our tire emergency. … - About to drive 300 miles on vacation and I needed a tire repair ASAP.
  Once I arrived I was greeting with a smile and professional attention.
  The technicians ( Diego & Jay ) explained the problem clearly and expeditiously repaired my tire.
  
  Plus the price was much much less than other have charged me.
  Finally, I was greeted by the owner manager Joseph ,who actually cared that I was completely satisfied with the total service experience.

  This dealership has great service and reasonable prices. I called ahead and both my costs and repairs times were far less than I expected. They have a helpful, knowledgeable and courteous staff. I highly and enthusiastically recommend this company.

  My brother’s car started continuously honking after getting some water spilled on it, and Mavis was a life saver. We drove straight there and Brendon (one of the auto mechanics) immediately came outside to help us. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very diligent when working on the car. It was excellent service, and I definitely would recommend him for anyone’s car needs.

  I have never experienced a more welcoming and inclusive environment until I visited Mavis Discount Tire! I called in when I was notified that my tires were delivered to the shop and Joseph was extremely kind to assist confirming the tires I ordered and what time worked best to come in to get the work done on my car!
  
  Diego worked on my car and did an amazing job explaining and showing me exactly what needed to be fixed on my car and I greatly appreciated the thoroughness he provided!
  
  The process was so easy and my car was done within the hour! If anyone is looking to get work done on their car, look no further, Mavis Discount Tire has got you covered!
