Angel and his guys really helped me out He went above and beyond and made sure my vehicle was in good shape after another one of the mavis stores didn’t do such a great job on my car and I was very concerned. He took the time to listen to my concern took his time to check my car over fixed it for me with no charge I will never go any place else and neither should you. Thanks again angel and your staff too everybody was so nice 😊

My experience was excellent at mavis today! Angel was super friendly first thing in the morning and helped us right away. Prices were reasonable, and we were done here in less than an hour!

The manager Angel, what a genuine and authentic human being. He is real with you and goes above and beyond to make his customers stress free and satisfied. His technician was kind and very outgoing. I had to get a new battery and rear breaking pads for my car. Gerard was very nice and quoted me a fair price comparing to my dealership, who was going to over charge me.

The car service was quick and Andy, the technician, was nice enough to tell me another issue that he had found when removing the battery out. My dealership didn't even tell me, but there was battery acid everywhere. He advised that the acid should be clean and neutralized to prevent a costly repair of all the metal. I, of course gave him the okay!!

When I picked up my car later that day, and was paying for their services, Andy took the time to show me his pictures that he took of the battery acid. I can't thank Gerard and Andy enough for all their help!!!! I recommend Mavis Discount Tire in Lacey to everyone!!

My experience today couldn’t have been better. They didn’t try to overcharge me, got me in and out quickly, communicated what was wrong with my car effectively, and I was surprised that their prices were competitive with mom and pop shops in the area. Gian was very professional and efficient in getting my car repaired without me waiting endlessly.
