(August 26, 2023, 3:36 pm)I brought my 2001 Chevy Malibu in for an inspection. Unfortunatley it did not pass due to frame rust. I greatly appreciate their honesty because my children were going to be driving in it to school. They did not even charge me anything even though they very well could have. I will be going there with my other vehicles in the future! Very pleasant to speak with as well! Thank you! You have a long term customer now.

(July 8, 2023, 2:35 pm)I honestly didn’t think I’d return to Mavis after the poor customer service I received from a previous manager last year. Today I had to do an emergency brake replacement & I’m very satisfied with the results. Jay & his team did an excellent job! They were communicative & attentive throughout the whole process. My car is driving perfectly fine again :)

(May 14, 2023, 4:27 pm)Call and get your tires price matched. Do your homework. Tire rotations are free, so take care of your tires. They have a few chairs if you need to wait. But not set up if you need to qorkbon your computer. Outside there is a bench. Diner across the street if your waiting and want a bite. Update dealer said rear wheels were not aligned. So brought it back here yesterday. But when driving I could tell something is not right, now has a different ride and i can feel the vibration on the steering wheel. So I am back for the 3rd time today. I am not happy about this, this is not how I wanted to spend my mother's day. So that is why I reduced my 5 star now down to a 3. Well they made everything right. The guy that worked on my car today went above and beyond! Thank you for making my mothers day better.
