(July 30, 2023, 7:43 am)Drove 4hr each way yesterday for some wheels and it was probably my best and easiest junkyard experience ever. They offered to ship them but I decided to drive down. I work on a lot of 1970s-1990s era vehicles that are extremely hard to find parts for in the northeast and you have no idea how many junkyards I call that say "We don't have time to look for that." But everyone at Matt's was willing to work with me and extremely attentive to my needs. Called around noon on Wednesday, explained what I was looking for and they said "We'll have someone send you pictures" and sure enough around 3:00 I received 30 pictures showing overall condition and any defects in the wheels. Said I'd take them and they called Thursday morning to say they were ready. When I got there they had dismounted the junk tires for me (much appreciated so the wheels fit in my Mazda just fine!) And the wheels were ready outside the office.
Quick and easy in and out even though they were pretty busy. Everyone knew what was going on so clearly the team communicates very well. A+ for the staff. My only complaint is due to the location, parking is very congested (not much they can do about that) and there is debris on the ground in the parking area.
If I ever find they have any other parts I need in the future I would definitely do business with them again! -

The main thing I found essential is that they let you walk back to the vehicles in order to make sure that the part is what you want and that it is in good condition. A tech will be there to pull it for you. Prices are fair and competitive. Thanks!
