  Great family owned local fishing store with everything you need. Get there by car or boat. Bait, tackle, supplies, drinks, snacks.

  When i was little, my dad took me to this place and rent a boat for fishing. Every summer we come to this place, mostly in July for the Porgy's.
  From the 70's till the 90's we been coming here. To be honest i never went any where to fish, but this place only. The last time I was there was the summer of July 1999, with my mom and dad. Also i want to add, I remember the family who owned it. They are wonderful and very nice folks. Ill never forget the owner Charlie. He showed me how to catch ells.
  I asked my mom to why his forearms are very big. She said its because he be lifting the boats on the dock to hose it down. It is true, I've seen him do it many times. Any one who reads my review must know who I'm talking about. BTW does any one know what happen to him? I added several photo's. Taken from the early 80'S. There's one with my dad and I. He's the guy with the big fish.

  Had to stop by for work, but met some of the nicest people I've met on this island. If I'm ever back out this way for fishing, I'm definitely coming back here for gear.
