This is a one of a kind Doctor. His office is run like a tight ship. You never are waiting; everything is clean, process is seamless and the care is perfection. Not only is he an amazing doctor, he is an amazing guy as well. There is a warm and inviting feeling when you enter his office and lots of straight smiles. I would recommend Dr. Mateer to anyone looking for an orthodontist . I wish that more doctors used the type of patient attention and engagement that he uses in his practice.
My two children are patients of Dr. Mateer. He is the most likeable, fun, patient and all around excellent doctor. The kids love him and are very comfortable in his care. The office is run very efficiently, is kid-friendly and the staff is so great and accommodating! We are so happy to have found Mateer Orthodontics!
My daughter was a little nervouse getting braces. From the moment she walked in she was greeted with a smile from the front staff and compassion for the medical assistants. Dr. Mateer is absolutly amazing with my daughter. He makes her feel important as a patient and takes his time with any questions. I would HIGHLY reccommend this office nad especially Dr, Mateer!!1
