  Excellent experience. Master Phill Ross and his team know how to spark interest in kids into martial arts. Our son was loosing interest very quickly while he used to attend to two different schools in the past until he started attending American Eagle MMA & Kettlebells. Master Phill is an experienced teacher. His knowledge and professionalism are second to none.

  Phil is professional all the way. He has extensive knowledge of physiology kettle bells and martial arts. He is excellent with youth and children.
  If you allow your child or teen to train with Phil you were are ensuring that your young person will learn good values and virtues. Phil always teaches to do the right thing.
  This is above and beyond the fact that Phil is one of the most professional and qualified martial arts instructors in the area.

  The owner and instructors are great. The instructors are amazingly patient with the Lil' Eagles. Our kids started at 3 years old (now 6) and we have seen the progress in their martial arts skills as well as their increased coordination - which has translated nicely into other sports. Great place.

  I loved my experience at American Eagle, and miss them dearly since I moved to Manhattan. Sabonim Phil Ross is a top-notch martial artist and instructor, and has created a unique school where they push you to your limits while making you feel like a member of a their family. If you want to train with the best and feel supported during every step of your martial arts journey, I highly recommend American Eagle!

  Great workout with great people. I started taking MMA and Kettlebell classes six months ago. Phil is a phenomenal teacher who creates a welcoming environment. When teaching, he takes the time to explain both the how and the why. Other students, particularly higher belts are welcoming, encouraging, and generous with their time/sharing of their knowledge. I'm in mid-50s now and my great regret is that I did not start taking classes at American Eagle 10 plus years ago.
