Mary is just phenomenal! She guided my husband and I through a rough patch in our household. I will forever be grateful for her help, guidance and wisdom to get us through a difficult time. She taught us how to deal with situations that were changeling, how to communicate with one another and how to go forward with our lives. She became a guiding light in a dark time. Smiles and laughter are now in our home again where there was once stress, tears and anger. I am smiling as I write this, just thinking of just how much she has helped us.

Mary is very professional and makes sure everyone is heard. She is very smart and gets what people are trying to say, even if they can't get the words out. Nobody leaves a session feeling anything but wanting to continue to fix the problem. She is very caring and wants the best for everyone.

Mary is a great therapist! She has helped me through bad times and released me when I got better. Most therapist will keep you coming indefinitely.

Mary is a truly exceptional therapist who has helped me through the most difficult moments in my life over the last 6 years. She has helped me through a very difficult divorce and child custody situation, and most importantly, to find myself and be truly happy with who I am. Mary has great empathy, but also challenges you to examine your own thoughts and actions which may be impeding you from getting to where you want to be in relationships and life. She gives very meaningful suggestions to help you chart your path to your emotional well being. Mary has helped me in my relationships with my children, significant others, family members and also in dealing with grief for things that were beyond my control, for which I am forever grateful. She can help you understand the psychological reasons for people’s actions (and you own) when needed, but most importantly she is an outstanding listener who hears what troubles you, even if you don't totally understand it yourself! I would highly recommend Mary’s services.

Mary has been a true blessing since I began going to her over two years ago. I have been to many therapists prior to her which have been great sounding boards however I have friends for that. Mary on the other hand requires me to do the actual work. One of the concepts Mary has opened my eyes to is how so much of our past plays into our present. Our reactions, our emotions, and so on all stem from that scary past of ours yet the great news is we all have the ability to change that. Since going to Mary I can honestly say I have grown so much and for the better. With her help I am no longer a victim to my past. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking help from their past!
