(April 11, 2023, 12:53 pm)Vending machine is available. Bathrooms are available. ATM are available which is great. Because you can only buy Greyhound tickets with cash. The bus station it's not that big. But you can sit down and watch TV on a small TV they have. There's always more than one staff on duty. The station is always kept clean. You always see one of the staff's mopping or sweeping. Overall it's a great station .

(February 14, 2023, 7:25 am)The bus was clean the ride was smooth, the bus drivers should be a bit more friendly. Passengers need to learn that they aren't the only ones getting on the bus and to be curious. Over all bus was on time clean and the ride was smooth ticket price is a bit too much.

(October 29, 2021, 7:54 am)Amazing bus stop located in Mt. Pocono! I’ve traveled everywhere from it! Perfect place if you’re a frequent traveler to Philadelphia or New York. You can get a parking pass and park on site. Brings you to Port Authority NY if you are traveling farther and need to transfer. Helpful and nice staff!
