  I met Mark after 25+ years of bouncing around therapists hopeless. And he quite literally changed my life. Our work and his guidance have led me to self love and growth like I’ve never experienced but am so grateful for. He supported me and most importantly showed me how to support myself through some of the most difficult times of my life. I know and love myself more than I have in all my 47 years. I don’t know if I would be able to say that today if not for Mark.

  I had a tremendous experience working with Mark. I have a stressful job and came to Mark when I was starting to feel overwhelmed. The techniques I learned and practiced in my sessions have helped me through many stressful nights. These techniques apply beyond just the work place to my everyday life. His lessons in mindfulness are invaluable. I personally feel everyone should see a councilor at some point in their life and there is none better than Mark DiFilippo.

  Mark has been absolutely incredible! I really cant say enough about the value he brings as a therapist. I feel like Mark hears me when we speak, and personally has not only helped me see past my anxieties, but also really appreciate the relationships I am lucky to have.   Mark has helped me to truly return to my breath. When I feel lost, I take a breath, put my hand on my heart, be present with just me. It makes all the difference in the world.
  I began seeing Mark almost 2 1/2 years ago when my mother past and I needed grief counseling. It's so much more then that at this point. I've grown past a 16 year old teenager into the 53 year old women that I am. Who knew I was stuck (I still am some days but we are working on that)
  The work I have done with Marks help is life changing. I'm a better person because of Mark DiFilippo and I could never thank him adequately.
  He opened a world to me of being calm and learning how to be happy. Who can ask for more then that?

  Mark has changed my life forever. I started seeing him about two years ago when I was having some personal problems which led to strained relationships with significant others as well as my family. He helped me discover what was going and why I was acting and feeling the way I was.
  
  I would still be lost if it were not for Mark. Now I am living a healthy life and I have the confidence and the wisdom to be allow myself to be truly free. I owe him a great debt.
