(December 19, 2022, 12:44 pm)I received an estimate over the phone right away, and there was no pressure on me to choose. In the end, I gave them another call and asked them to repair my lock. Shawn arrived on time, clarified what was wrong, explained why it occurred, and made it possible for me to change the lock later. He even reset both locks, requiring just one key for me. The finest aspect of the job was that it really cost less than the estimate. Everyone was courteous and professional. Without a doubt, I would utilize and suggest Marion Locksmith & Keys again.
