  I have been going to Dr. Louis's office for many years and I cannot think of one time when she or her staff was anything but kind, attentive and professional. Dr. Louis is an absolute credit to her profession. Her knowledge is extensive and her compassion is genuine. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor!

  I usually don't post but after reading some reviews I was wondering if they went to the same office I did. I have been going to this office since 2009. And yes, it has been through about three main doctors and I never experienced a lapse in service. I believe there has been many changes since then but nothing to warrant what I had read. This office added emergency hours on specific days and hours. I have seen to both doctors Dr. Louis and Dr. Chen. Both have always listened and addressed mine and my families issues/concerns. I never felt rushed or as if my issues didn't matter. Even the physician assistance get to know you. The front office has changed over the years but they are helpful. I just recently had an issue and spoke to the nurse on the phone. Her assistance saved me from having to come into the office. Dr. Louis serves my family but my feels comfortable with Dr. Chen. They have the My Cooper Chart Portal. I use it to refill my Rx and normally by the next day someone has approved the refill. I have even used it for issues like following up on test results. This isn't the day and age where the doctor has only 10 patients and can make house visit. So you have to take an active stance in your health. There is an old saying you reap what you sow.
