  Working with Joe and Deborah on my home purchase (closed March 2022) was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They made a potentially confusing process straightforward and clear, always letting us know what was next and where we were on our timeline, and most importantly Joe was always looking after our interests - not only providing his advice but explaining it in detailed but understandable terms. He even made the actual closing entertaining. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Joe’s services again - highly recommended.

  We used Joe Coiro for the closing on our house. Since it is a statutory requirement in NJ to use an attorney for closings, our experience with Joe seemed to be typical. We were happy just to have a responsive, personable and experienced attorney since it was our first time buying a home. Then on the day of our closing, we realized how fortunate we were to have Joe and his staff on our side. There was a major miscommunication with the sellers on an issue and wow did Joe display his major attorney skills. He became a super advocate for us and would not relent until we got what we as the buyers were promised. Apparently closings are only usually 2 hours max and ours wound up over 4 hours! The entire time Joe was on our side and made sure his clients got what they bargained for. We were so grateful for his experience and professionalism. We really appreciated that he was calm when he needed to be but totally aggressive when the situation called for it. Also, Debbie, his legal assistant, was amazing the entire way. She was the quiet presence in the office but we would've been totally lost without her. We would highly recommend this law firm.
