After two decades of being an Allstate insured customer, when I was switching cars, I wasn't told that I'd lose coverage if I didn't transfer insurance from one car to the other within the month. A simple explanation would have suffice, but my agent was retiring and apparently, being insured wasn't their priority.

I decided to immediately call State Farm, since I've had them before. Lesly Medina made things right. She was pleasant, informative and listened to my needs. In about a half hour, the process was done and I was insured. Thankfully, their prices were comparable to those of Allstate.
