(December 16, 2021, 11:26 pm)Cassandra is a sweetheart. She sold me a softshot bag for my mom this Christmas today, which she has been wanting for over two years now. Good promotions, service is great, and I was able to score a brand new bag from the back. Not that I plan on returning or exchanging as I know she will love the bag, but the only downside to Marc Jacobs outlet is that you cannot return or even exchange. Return I get, but no exchange for a color/different bag or a store credit is not the best way to run a business. Otherwise super happy!

(August 17, 2021, 10:36 am)I had an amazing experience at Marc Jacobs, from the moment I stepped foot in the store. Peter greeted us and was a doll from start to finish. I told him what I was looking for, he showed me my options and made sure I was really in love with what I was buying. We actually returned to buy another bag because we had such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this Marc Jacobs, especially Peter. You feel like you’re hanging out with your friends while you’re in the store. Everyone is so welcoming and sweet.

(August 13, 2021, 12:34 am)Wonderful staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful, I was stuck choosing between 2 bags and staff was also divided ended up getting both bags and a card holder. The holder wasn’t available in store in the color I wanted and instead of just setting for the colors available Peter convinced me to order the color I wanted and I’m glad he did, the red is amazing so easy to spot inside my bags. I don’t know about the other customers experiences but mine was wonderful definitely going to back in the fall, hopefully it’s another great day 😊
