  Lots of changes with retirements, medical portals to learn ... so I was assigned a new Dr. And there is a new aprn ... So I chose to just go with the flow. Pretty straightforward. Nothing much to report, until I actually had medical issues. The woman who deals with insurance, Sharon, exceptional and courteous. Having Quest right there. Yay. And Dr. Hughs has been clear, polite, efficient, giving me excellent information on who to see and why. SHE FOLLOWS THROUGH, CONTACTS ME WHEN NECESSARY AND IS RESPECTFUL IF SHE NEEDS TO EXPLAIN TWICE!

  The staff at the front desk are wonderful and always treat patients with patience and respect, even though they are juggling many things at once. It's impressive! The medical assistants are always pleasant and efficient. My current medical provider took seriously a chronic problem I had and made me feel that it was ok to speak up about it. She referred me to a great specialist and I'm grateful! I've been treated for UTI's many times at this practice and did not have a good experience. I always feel that the provider (4 different ones) is annoyed with me. Therefore I always end up talking myself in and out of calling for an appointment and I feel ashamed when I am there. Because of this, I always feel very nervous about going to an appointment there, whatever the reason, but to be fair, there are good things about this practice.
