  Best nursing home around. Not money hungry like the Corporate own ones. Please please keep what you are doing!

  The facility is immaculate, and the staff is caring, kind and professional. The recreation staff is attentive, and the food is lovingly prepared.

  I've been a nursing aide for 20yrs. This nursing deserves 5 stars for being so well structure and organized. I never seen a facility so clean. The minute you walk in it's like aroma therapy you can smell the fragrance of fresh aloe vera or something and greeted with a friendly smile. The higher ups don't look down on the CNA's. I just wish it wasn't so far 😭 I would have stayed.

  Our mom passed in her sleep peacefully June 5th 2020; our sister and nephew were the family that were with mom dressed with gowns and masks to protect mom from COVID19. The last 3 kids and niece living around the country, had to visit via phone or video call. Mom died knowing she was loved by all of us and taken care of by the most loving, compassionate, and professional staff we could have asked for. This community has been kept safe and healthy through this trying year for all of us. I wouldn't think twice if someone I knew needed to stay at Mansfield, top rate facility. Thank you all for keeping our mom safe and happy. NC, CO, TX, VT & CT

  They have taken great care of helping my mom recover. The medical recovery and physical therapy are stellar for her. The staff is very caring, diligent and helpful. Great place to recover.
