  Was a bit nervous but having everything that was being done explained, made me more comfortable. Everyone was friendly and the procedure went at ease. Dr.Shah was very professional and those that were in the room were also professional.

  Dr Shah and his staff were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there. Dr Shah is a very polite and awesome doctor he helped me manage my pain. Thank You for all your help.

  I just became a patient @ SEPA and seen one time thus far so, this review is based only on this 1 visit, however, I am very pleased so far. I only interacted w/1 very sweet & thorough front desk staff. I was only in the waiting room for 10 min. prior to being taken to a room, then waited no more than 5 min before Dr. M. Shah came to see me. He was knowledgable & after some questions and short exam, he had a pretty good idea what is causing my pain. He asked my opinion of treatment options (I work in the medical field & knew what he was talking about). After discussing, he assured me the next step could take place the very next week in the office. All in all from my first experience, I would absolutely recommend this office as it has experienced, kind, knowledgable, caring & sweet (Sue) staff from front desk to MA/nurse to physician. PLUS, hardly any wait time!!

  Sue at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. After a brief discussion explaining my situation and reason for visit Dr Shah took the time to assess the problem and answer my questions. Dr Shah's assistant, Laura, took me to the procedure room, and explained step by step what the procedure would entail. Knowing what is to occur makes the situation much less stressful, and this was very much appreciated. When Dr Shah began the procedure, he also reiterated what was to occur and to advise if I was experiencing any significant pain. The procedure went well, and hopefully in a few days I will see a difference in my pain level. I can't say enough about how caring and compassionate Dr Shah and his staff are.

  Today was my first visit to Dr. Shah. He was very kind and personable, as well as professional. He spent time with me to discuss my medical concerns and prescribe treatment. After following up with treatment and testing, he personally called me to discuss the results and next steps. I highly recommend Dr. Shah!!
