  Ordered a computer for gaming. Had it for a week now and so far everything is amazing. In terms of customer service, it was very fast and the computer was shipped within 5 days. Overall, really great service and product. Hope to order more in the future

  Long overdue Review since I’ve had my system around 10 months now.
  
  F131 Apex that cost over 10k. Super worried to spend that at first… Read on.
  
  Before I begin I don’t think I would have bought this system without that great help of Jordan Polite. His customer service was excellent at all levels. So Thank you Jordan.
  
  F131 Apex Loaded up. Auto paint is smooth as butter, get it. The system ships on a Crate, so you don’t have to worry about the Delivery guy throwing it around.
  
  Performance is as you’d expect from the latest and greatest. My Temps are what’s impressive to me. Everything is running very cool at max settings. No Throttling and very quiet under load. What I love most about the F131, because there are no Fans pulling in air… it stays super clean on the inside.
  
  All my future systems “will” be a Maingear. They even let me buy and send them some Be quiet “Light Wings” Fans to install over the ones on the site.
  
  I know it’s a big decision to spend this much on a system. But it’s really more than a system. It’s a beautiful, fast, perfectly built gaming computer that’s a joy to power up. And you hardly know it’s on when you’re gaming, so quiet!
  
  Edit.... They discontinued this model, sad since it's iconic. If they move away from the Apex Models and only sell those Ugly Shroud computers. I'll find another place for my next system.

  MAINGEAR is by far the best company I've ever worked with, period (and that goes for non-PC companies too!)! Everyone there is an absolute joy to talk to and makes sure you have the best experience possible, from picking the parts to the buying process to the setup, they've got you covered on every front. Their customer service is incredible, and I am beyond thankful to have chosen such a great company for my first gaming PC.
  
  I came into this having no experience in PC hardware, gaming, or even Windows, but after making a few calls about buying and setup, I was completely and totally confident I would be getting a quality machine at a good price with stellar customer support, and that has been the case every step of the way! Any issues were easily and quickly solved, and they offer numerous ways to accommodate and best help you!
  
  Huge shoutout to both Kevin and Jordan for being absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and patient people to work with throughout the entire process! They set the standards for being not only excellent support, but humans in general, and they, alongside the rest of the company, are what make MAINGEAR my go-to for any future PCs!

  Recently ordered a custom Rush desktop, and was impressed with assembly and shipping times. I placed an order on November 12th and the PC was in my possession by mid day December 1st. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The build quality, cable management, and overall look of this thing is far better than I could have achieved on my own, even having built multiple systems. Performance and thermals are unlike anything else I've seen in person. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for a 3 year warrantee. Thank you Maingear and your team, for building me my dream PC!

  This was one of the PC system integrators that i had in mind by word of mouth for my new pc. Didnt feel like building another one and last time i bought an ibuypower which was overpriced at the time but it came in with no issues aside from cheap periferals that i didnt want or need. When that one finally started showing its age i went for a new build with Maingear and also was considering NZXT. After a few searches and a Gamers Nexus review or 10 i went with Maingear over NZXT for a various reasons. It was a bit more than i thought id be paying but so far its WELL worth it. Ended up being around 3500 for the build, regular warranty, AIO for the CPU, threw in some of their fans(i knew the lian li case they supplied didnt technically come with them if you built it yourself so i just figured to be safe. plus i like red LED anyway). They gave me a lead time of 5-10 days and im pretty sure i got it in 8 or 9. They were VERY communicative about the process and responded to my questions that i gave on a saturday within either that day or on early monday. I love the build so far, no issues so far aside of it not wanting to turn on after i tried to put a drive in it. And even when that happened i panicked and chatted with support. Much to my suprise instead of a chat answer THEY CALLED ME ON THE PHONE WITHIN 5 MINUTES. Still dont know what i had done wrong but after i re re started the pc with the new drive back in it(i pulled it and tested in my old rig, was fine there)and after he asked a few questions it just magically turned on fine ha ha. (thats what i get for not trusting my own insticts). So just the fact i got such great customer service and the tech was SUPER polite, understanding and non judgmental. If i had one critique it would be that i never got hard drive screws for the hot swap bays to put my old drives that i never used screws, to install into the new pc. Cust service also said he'd try and get some out to me but i havent heard or gotten them yet. HIghly reccomend this company for the support team especially. I also know that i got this pc with the economy being crazy so the price was fine for me. (and got quality parts) stuck with an AMD build because price per part was a lot lower than the nvidia counterparts. Also forgot to mention it was the Maingear RUSH series, partially chose that line because of the lian li dynamic XL black case with hot swappable bays becuase i knew the bays were pre wired included in the cost of the build(and there were 4 of them)
  
  Edited to 4 stars because i just figured out the 3600 memory, which AMD runs best at per Gamers Nexus was gimping me since it was downclocked to 2400. A company like this should know better.
