  ****Update****8/30/23
  We have used magic stitches since my last review and found that they have made a turnaround. The shirts we received were of better quality and the customer service has improved. I hope this is a permanent change.
  
  I am not sure what is going on with “customer service” but this business has NONE! My company brought our shirts to be embroidered on several occasions. The with started off fine but then we were given a group of shirts that were very sloppily done. The owner said they’d fix it but what we come back nothing had been done. Instead of actually fixing them or providing reimbursement the woman says you can just find someone else to do your work. I am completely disgusted and strongly suggest you do not patron this shop.

  My husband recently got a few hoodies embroidered and was extremely impressed with the service and quality of the end result. Will definitely recommend this place and support this business in the near future.
