  We recently moved into Madison at Glen mills for the third time. Through the years this is always been our go to when we have either move back to State or have sold a Home. I lived here back 23 years ago when I was in the police Academy, and now I recently retired from the police force and I moved back. We have several family members also who have lived here throughout the years and loved it! The Office staff is exceptional and kind. Maintenance is polite and hard-working and always wanting to help where they can. We recently had maintenance over to work on a few things and they all worked together and did a great job. We enjoy talking with them also! Our experience has been a positive one with staff. They work with you.
  I would highly recommend Madison a Glen Mills. The pool area is always well kept and clean. The grounds are beautiful. The units are big with plenty of closet space. We are hoping to make this a longer stay.
  A great place to call home.

  Office managers Natalie and Sandy are a great combo and would be a great addition to any team. Theyre very knowledgeable, friendly, and make theirselves known throughout the community. Maintenance team is fast to respond when issues arise and are willing to help out after office hours when needed.
  Most tenants are just temporary like me until the housing market corrects and we're able to purchase our next homes and are friendly, while some tenants are a couple beers short of a six pack, but you might have that type anywhere you go and that can't be a reflection on the apartment as a whole or the staff.
  
  Overall it's a quiet place to live as a single parent, going to school, starting out on your own, or looking for your next house! 😉

  Natalie has been more then accomadating & patient with all of my questions! Staff & residence were super friendly during both of my tours! I’m excited to be a part of this community!

  Very nice apartment. Negatives were that the apartment did not seem ready to show. Stained stove top and under the sink. Entry door was stuck and needed to be pushed hard to open. Outside area of doorway needed painting as pressure was stripped paint. They did not have an apartment available for two months from now. I would be willing to visit again when an apartment is available.
