  I loved everything here! The food was hot, delicious and everything tasted so fresh. The spicy margarita had a kick and I love how there was puréed jalapeño and hot sauce on the rim 🌶️. The arepitas were fluffy and warm and the food had a lot of flavor

  Highly recommend . Family run business that just opened 6 months ago on post road. Food was spectacular. Great staff. Food came quick too.
  
  If you’re going to Fairfield and want to try something new. Try Madero’s. I will be back. Great for families, date night, or solo adventure. Bar was great as well.3-4 flat screens at the bar to watch your favorite sporting event.
  
  East parking too. No need to look for a parking spot.

  This restaurant really brings it home when it comes to preparing meats. The well known dish known as the FUSION GRILL is something you should not miss. The arepas, onion rings, garlic mashed potatoes are outstanding as well The arepas here are the BEST I've ever eaten.
  I would like to thank MAURIZIO for his suggestions and on point service throught the entire meal.
  This is one restaurant where the price meets quality, taste, preparation and service. Well Done!

  From the moment you know it's authentic and it's from scratch. Amazing chorizo. Whatever you eat, make sure you order the chorizo. They make them and they are so good. We have dined here twice but I know we will go back. The nachos, the chicken and the meat, yuca fries, everything is very well made. You will see the attention to detail. The coleslaw was the best coleslaw I have ever had, so fresh so good. They are very welcoming and warm people. It's a family restaurant 😊. Warm smiles, good food and great atmosphere. Should definitely try!!!

  I just came from this restaurant and honestly one of the best restaurants I have been to. The food is absolutely delicious and flavors are amazing. The food feels home-cooked . I am so glad i came here . The service was so quick and amazing! Everyone was checking in on us. This family-owned business really helped me out with my homesickness and I will be coming back. Best of luck to them
