(July 22, 2023, 12:56 pm)The only thing I didn't like about this place was that they took orders for people that were seated after us before they took ours, of course that could have been my grumpy husband's fault, lol. Other than that I liked the food. The waitress was nice, and she tried to engage my husband in conversation, she talked to all the customers, not just her tables, and the place was packed for Saturday breakfast. My husband thinks it was only packed because there's a hotel close by, but I noticed that some of the waitresses called some of the patrons by name so you can tell there are regulars that come here. Breakfast for two people was only $25 and I can't recall the last time I paid that price for a meal for two. I would return, hubby says he would not. He had the Italian sausages, over easy eggs, hash browns, toast, and coffee. I had french toast, bacon, eggs, orange juice and coffee.

Food was Ok. Normal breakfast fare, nothing blew me away, but nothing was wrong w the dishes. You're gonna need cash or an ATM card. -

(November 2, 2022, 4:10 am)Nice quiet hidden gem in East Hartford ... I adore the little small business part of the reason I still reside in CT ... This place was definitely no exception to that. Food and service were amazing. If you plan on going though make sure you bring cash as that's all they take.

(June 23, 2018, 10:59 am)Great breakfast, nice cozy feel. Priced very reasonably, We really load up 2 drinks, 2 breakfasts and side of corn beef hash for under 20 dollars. Wait staff is always friendly and very attentive. Make sure you bring cash or use the ATM thats in the building. Sorry no credit cards.
