Beth has been very hands on, responsive, and commutative every step of the way with my insurance. I highly recommend her! I contacted ML Cutler with a question about making some changes to my existing homeowners insurance. I am not happy with the coverage and was also having problems with a current claim. The help and professionalism that I experienced with Jim at ML Cutler before I had even really moved my business over to them was amazing. He helped me deal with a current claim by responding to my messages right away, getting right on the phone with my insurance company and advocating for me. I would have never been able to deal with all of this on my own. I am looking forward to bringing the rest of my insurance business to ML Cutler because of the great experience I have had with them so far.
