  Jay is incredible at his craft. Not only is he an amazing therapist, but he is also an amazing person overall. Jay is not judgemental with whatever you bring to him, which is EXTREMELY rare to find in a therapist, especially today. The warmth in his personality and welcoming demeanor makes me feel like I can tell him anything that’s on my mind. I feel incredibly lucky to have Jay as a person I can talk to. I can’t say enough good things about him.

  It's too bad he has a waiting list. I would want everyone to have their own Jay. I call my days with him Jay Days.. Out of all the therapists I've had in my life, he is the only one I have had connection with and he is the only one I have ever trusted. He listens to me, makes space for me, he ensures to make the space for my parts in every session. I feel seen, heard and loved. He practices new approaches he learns with me sometimes and is constantly learning more despite being in this business for so long. He is also an interesting human being as well. Hilarious, sweet, and introduces me to a lot of healing techniques that I can use on my own. He has helped me through my darkest moments. I don't feel comfortable crying so deeply in front of anyone else. I wouldn't be where I am today without him. I give us both 50% credit for showing up every time =) Thank you Jay!!! You deserve more than 5 stars 🌟

  Jay is fantastic. I've been in therapy for 7-8 years working with a number of different mental health professionals. Jay is at the top of the list. He has a tremendous mix of reflective listening, research based techniques, and holistic therapy ideas that help me to be present and grateful to my life. Contrary to a post below, there was an issue with the billing on my insurance for quite some time which resulted in delay of payments to Jay. This wasn't ever an issue and Jay showed up to be present for me during every session we've had. Jay is a bi weekly part of my health routine and I'm very happy to have found a therapist with whom I connect so well. Highly recommend giving him a try!

  I have known Jay in a professional capacity for 5 years and worked with his for 3 years. He is skilled as both a clinician and clinical supervisor, possessing a depth of knowledge about mental health and addiction as well as diagnosis, assessment, and evidence based therapy modalities. He is an intelligent, compassionate, competent, and professional clinician. I recommend his services without hesitation.
