Rachel is not only extremely knowledgeable but her teaching is like no other. I’ve been going to gyms all my life and there is no one better (and I’ve searched). Ive been a member of this gym for 3 years. I highly recommend her and this gym. If you want results …. It’s a no brainer!!!
