He's helped me immeasurably with understanding and managing anxiety and insomnia and for the first time in decades, I can actually say that I feel like I control those feelings, rather than letting the feelings control me. Therapy is a process, its never really completed. But I finally have the awareness and tools to deal with those unwanted negative feelings. Truly life changing
